Having decided to buy from Frazers because they are a small independent coffee supplier I wasn’t disappointed, knowledge and personal service was excellent. Bought this machine due to creeping disabilities making my french press difficult to use and it was surprisingly easy to set up and use, and makes the best crema I’ve seen in a long time even on cafe bought coffee. The deciding factor was the machines ability to take specialist coffees. A liberating machine all round.
