If you're a coffee lover, our Coffee Schol Experience is a must-attend event.

This 3-hour session takes place at our Roastery in Neepsend, Sheffield, and is limited to just 7 attendees.

During the course, you'll delve into the world of specialty coffee and learn about its growth and processing. Frazer will teach you the cupping technique to taste the differences between regional coffees and various roast profiles. You'll also discover how the taste of coffee can vary with different brewing methods, such as V60, AeroPress, and espresso.

Frazer will take you on a tour of the Roastery, where you'll learn about the various coffees we offer and how we source them. As a special treat, you'll receive complimentary coffee and pastries upon arrival, and a bag of our specialty coffee to take home.

By the end of the course, you'll have a deeper appreciation for the complexities of specialty coffee. You'll understand the origins and farming processes of green coffee beans, be able to recognize key tasting notes, and know how changing the roast profile affects the taste of the coffee. You'll also be able to brew coffee to our high standards using various techniques and acknowledge the differences in taste between the methods.
